Added a new Bulgarian language file for ViPlay, thanks to BEST RIPPER.
Added two new skins for ViPlay, Alisio and Alize, thanks to Phyloo.
And last but not least added a French translation of the Subtitle Workshop manual, thanks to Luc Villevieille.
