Answers for our topics ?

We are all asking for help in this forum and it seems like nobody can hear us. Is it me or it's true ?
I've posted 2 new topics asking some help for the translation tool in SW and no answer yet. How come ? Is this a forum, where everybody talks, or is a TV and everybody watching without talking ?
I even send 2 mails to URUWorks (one today and the other about 2 weeks a go). Still no answer.
Guys, whoever rules this site, you're doing great job with your programs, most of all because it's free stuff and useful, but you got to give as a bit of attention when we ask for assistance. Come on guys, help us, do not abandon your  "fans"...
