If you are going to e-mail us, there are some rules you need to follow:

Do not add our e-mails to your Outlook Express or Microsoft Outlook "Address book". This only helps to spread
viruses more quickly.

Do not send big file attachments (and by "big" we understand greater than 500kb) without previously informing us
and waiting for our reply.

Do not send big screenshots to describe a bug unless you really think it's a must for us to understand the problem.
If you are going to send an attached image file, compress it first in GIF or PNG format to make it as small (in size) as
possible.

Do not write in a language that is not English or Spanish (eg. Portuguese). If you can't write
English very well, still, try to write to us in the best English you can.

Do not write everything in CAPITAL LETTERS.

Do not send messages with no subject, as they may get filtered as SPAM.

This one is not really required, but we prefer to receive mails in plain text format rather than HTML.
